WHERE ARE YOUR CLOTHES MADE?

Our products are meticulously designed in New York City, manufactured by our premium fashion partners in Guangdong and Zhejiang, China and distributed globally.

ARE YOU GOING TO BE RE-STOCKING A PARTICULAR ITEM OR SIZE?

Anything is possible! For our first few releases, we may not restock items once they’re sold out. This is to allow us to continue producing new products to assess how well they’re received by our supporters. But stick around long enough and you may see the return of some of your favorite styles :)

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder just in case!

HOW CAN I TAKE THE BEST CARE OF MY ITEMS?

To protect the quality of each Twisted Saints design, we recommend cleaning as follows - machine wash on a gentle cycle individually or with like colors. Allow additional time for the item to thoroughly dry by hang drying or line drying.

MY ADDRESS IS WRONG!

Please contact us at support@twistedsaints.world as soon as possible so someone can fix the mistake.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING.

We offer package protection automatically on all orders to protect against this exact issue. You can file a claim directly through Guide to get a refund or a replacement.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?

All of our orders are fulfilled through our warehouse partner in Delaware, USA. We currently offer international shipping to most countries around the world.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH CUSTOMS FEES?

We’re honored that you are supporting Twisted Saints! We are not responsible for customs fees or holds by customs. You will be required to pay any additional fees to receive your package. If your package is not collected and sent back to us, we will refund the order but not the shipping fees. We make an effort to be aware of accurately marking packages for customs to avoid our customers incurring excessive fees.
